Who Needs Radical Self Forgiveness?
Anyone who beats themselves a lot and carries a lot of unnecessary guilt and self-recrimination and is ready to let it go NOW.Who Needs Radical Self Acceptance?
Anyone who unduly self-critical and self-loathing who needs to find permanent relief from the tyranny of the inner judge NOW.
Which Course Should I do First? When you first saw that this program was available, what went through your mind? What was it that you wanted freedom from? Was it guilt about something or was it just a vague, free-floating kind of feeling that you were not OK? Or a bit of each, perhaps?
To help you decide which one you really need, or which to do first if you are doing both, let's look at the difference between self forgiveness and self acceptance, and see how each relates to the emotions of guilt and shame.
Which leg do you find yourself relating to most? The guilt and self-recrimination one or the shame and low self esteem one? Can't make up your mind? That means that you probably need to do both. With the combination price being so low and with a bonus course thrown in, and the pay-off being so high, why wouldn't you do both?
If you decide to do both, my recommendation is to deal with the guilt first. I would begin with the Radical Self-Forgiveness course and follow that up with the Releasing Toxic Secrets program. Then I'd do the Radical Self Acceptance Course last. You will be amazed at how free you will feel - and tons lighter!
Warning: Clearly, work of this nature is liable to bring up some emotion. You definitely should not do either program if you have, or have recently had, a serious mental illness. Please consult your mental health physician, or board certified mental health advisor, if you have any doubt whatsoever about your capacity to deal with what may arise.
